I would highly recommend Crystal Clean Duct Service LLC. They were on time with the scheduled appointment. I was impressed with the expertise of the services I needed as it has been many years since I had it last serviced. Therefore, it required extra work and they never hesitated to go the extra mike to ensure I was totally satisfied with the work accomplished. This is a professional company and I will be sure to use them again when needed.

Highly recommend this company! Thoroughly cleaned my sister’s and my mom’s dryer vents. They were on time, very professional, and explained what they found. I found their price very reasonable as well.

Upon inspection they noticed significant mold growth within our air handler that had contributed to my pulmonary issues. I worked with both Mike and Justin. I stopped Mike at his truck as he worked to clean a neighbor's dryer vent. He promptly and politely answered my questions and gave me his business card and a quote. I actually got other estimates but they all seemed "new at this". I chose Mike for his professionalism. On my scheduled day we had extenuating circumstances (snow) which lead Justin to pick up my job. Justin was very professional, easy to communicate with, and I felt safe with him in and around my home. The price was right, the front desk staff was courteous and helpful, and my technician was right on time. 5 stars, all around.
