Professional Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning Services

Today we had Mitchell come by and perform a wonderful dryer service for us. He was very respectful, informative made the whole process easy. The best part for us was we had snow so we had to reschedule but he was able to get it done today. We really appreciate the level of support. Thr guys did a good job cleaning the dryer vent and they even put on the vent cover which is a plus.

But...

I had another company come out and clean out the HVAC system in my house. The tech asked if I had the dryer vent cleaned and I told him yes your company came out earlier this week. I know your tech cleaned out the inside of the dryer, but I was not sure if your tech removed the silver sleeve in the back of the dryer.

The HVAC tech went to clean the back and took off the sleeve. There was a dead bird inside it. I had the tech dispose of it though. More than likely the bird has been dead for a while because it couldn't get out and the shuffling had stopped.

I'm just wondering how was this missed? Other than that i guess everything was good ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .

I cannot thank them enough for their services. After moving in, the air quality in our house was so bad that my daughter would have eczema and it felt like my skin was burning and it was difficult to breathe. After the cleaning, both mine and my daughter's condition went away. The air was breathable and clean. The company even made sure to use portable units as our home isn't reachable from the parking location. Thank you so much!
